OC Connections

OC Connections offers flexible and specialised programs, accommodation and employment opportunities that are co-created with people living with disability, their families, OC Connections team members and partner organisations.

As OC Connections was experiencing significant expansion and growth, it needed a refreshed brand and marketing strategy to guide a more relevant and aligned market position, and to strengthen its vision and service delivery and communications.

We collaborated with OC Connections to create a clarified and reinvigorated brand positioning strategy that would inspire its stakeholders and clients, and keep them supported, engaged and involved along the way.

With our comprehensive approach to understanding a brand and its people, paired with actionable frameworks and the extensive sector knowledge and experience of OC Connections' people, we created a refined brand strategy, messaging and marketing plan to support OC Connections’ best-practice service for people living with disability, and to communicate with the different stakeholder groups in engaging and meaningful ways – today and in the future.
