Stint is a job platform and community that bridges the gap between Australian employers and international students to unlock a new era of success and diversity for the Australian workforce. Following the creation of its organisational strategy, Stint needed a digital-first visual identity to bring its brand and platform to life in a way that served both of its key audiences.

Working closely with Stint’s team of passionate founders, we created an identity that balances the approachable warmth of the Stint community, with the sleek professionalism needed to deliver recruitment services to Australian employers. The colour palette, led by a hero purple, flexes from vibrant and playful for the student community, to reliable yet innovative for employers. This is supported by photography that shows international students thriving in a supportive community, and achieving in the workplace.

The brandmark combines bold type with a handwritten accent on the letters ‘in’ - standing for international students, and Stint’s goal to place them ‘in’ their dream role. This handwritten element extends to bring personality to the brand’s tone of voice and suite of icons.

Stint's founders smile at camera, next to text that says "Welcome. Hällo. Hai. 你好. G'day."
